Baby Boy Gift Card

So what do you get when you put together some blue and white scrap paper, scrap ribbon, a cuttlebug and a couple of cuttlebug folders, and a brad?  Oops and throw in some adhesive, a 1/4″ round punch, and a sanding block too?  Well, you get this cute, adorable 3×3 Baby Boy Gift Card!

The border and elephant are Cuttlebug folders – I love those little things!  The blue paper is some scrap white core paper and so when I sanded the image it becomes more pronounced.  Slip the ribbon into the prongs of the brad, punch a hole, and affix it to the blue cardstock.  Then with the magic of your adhesive it becomes a gift card!

And who else makes mini gift/note cards?  Well, Debbie of Paperquick does!

Debbie does awesome work with die cut pieces!  She makes cards, cupcake toppers, tags, and page borders!  And congrats Debbie – you’re my featured guest for the next week!

Thanks for stopping by…

Today’s Abundance
-The daisies are in bloom – love the daises!
-No bad weather today – we had enough of it yesterday to last us the whole summer!
-I fixed my kitchen light – do you know what a starter is for older  fluorescent lights?
-More de-cluttering – I’ve got to find a home for all of those excess stamps that I have!
– Iced coffee – so good on a warm (almost hot) day
