Carrot Car and Mini Easter Basket!
February 20, 2010 11 Comments
It is a grey, cloudy, dreary day! At least it isn’t snowing! But spring is just around the corner and I’m in “springy” mood today. So it is time for some colorful Easter creations.
This gatefold card is easy to score on the Scor-Pal (a great half price item for a hostess, too). Just find the 2 dots on the Scor-Pal ruler and you have the perfect markings for a gatefold card!
I have also been playing with my copics (another great 1/2 price item) and am just delighted with how the “carrot car” from the Joy of Easter stamp set turned out. I have lots of fun experimenting with the copic markers to see how they turn out. And besides, this little duck and the carrot car is just the cutest thing around!
Also from the Joy of Easter stamp set, is this adorable little chick in the jar. It is a perfect fit for this Mini Easter Basket that I found on Diana’s Designs, a fellow TAC demonstrator! Copics are the coloring medium on this too!
